I began treatment at Alba following an accident that happened nearly two years ago. I’d previously been referred to physio through other channels, but unfortunately, I didn’t find it effective. Last year, I decided to attend a free spinal check at Alba and I’m so glad I did. Since then, I’ve been working with Kyle who has been fantastic. My lower back now feels almost 100%, and I’m experiencing virtually no pain. Alongside the osteopathy, I’ve also been having massages with Lucy, who has been equally brilliant. What’s made the experience even better is how well Lucy and Kyle have communicated and worked together to tailor my treatment. Through their combined efforts, they’ve also identified and treated other areas that needed attention, like my shoulders and upper back. I’ve been really happy with the quality of care I’ve received. I started off with weekly sessions, then gradually moved to fortnightly, and now I only need to go once a month or every six weeks. The improvement has been incredible, and I honestly can’t recommend the team at Alba enough. Thank you ☺️

Thank you Alba for fixing my neck and lower back pain problem. I suffer for over than 10 years. Those pains made me can’t play football anymore, I couldn’t even play longer than 15mins. After few session of treatments provided by one of their professional Alex (a really strong and nice guy, I am 5’7 180pounds and I look so tiny in front of him ), I could play for an hour tonight! I feel that I can play again in no time. I have visited loads of doctor to help me out before but no one could fix it. Thx again for the help.

Staff are always helpful and friendly. They listen and offer advice that suits my schedule and situation. I have been coming to Alba for several years now and having regular treatment has certainly improved my quality of life. Would definitely recommend them!

I’ve been going to Alba Spinal Health Centre for many years now and have had both chiropractic and massage treatments. Everyone there is part of a friendly community, they recognise the good work of the team members and clients taking time to celebrate success of all involved. They have an informative newsletter offering advice and support to help with every day living, your posture and how to improve any ailments. By continuing to have regular sessions it enables you to maintain good posture going forward.

I have been going to Alba for 4 years. I have my treatment once a month now and always come out feeling a lot taller and relaxed, cannot say enough about how all the staff are always very helpful, especially Jemma she makes me feel like I am the most important person while I am there Thank you

Couldn’t recommend Alba spinal enough! All the staff are really friendly and make you feel so welcome! Callum has worked wonders on my upper back and I no longer feel the need to constantly crack my back and to get my partner to jump on it! Callum looks holistically at your whole body rather than just the problem area to ensure that they are dealing with the whole problem and any referred pain/issues in the process. They offer pay as your go or to make it cheaper you can pay for a blocks. Reading other people’s reviews I understand that it is a huge cost, but in my opinion you can’t put a price on being out of pain and able to live your life. My case is very unique with me having a hemipelvectomy, but Callum made sure to educate himself with my surgery and condition. Honestly can’t recommend them enough and I am so grateful for all they have done!

I sprained my ankle and it stopped me from sitting on the floor and as a class teacher this made my job 100X harder. I wasn't sure initially if ankles were something that could be worked on at alba but my goodness was that phone call worth it! Not only is my ankle back to full strength but my lower back, neck and migraines are so much better. Callum is amazing and I can't thank him enough for the flexibility and dexterity he has given back to me for my whole body and not just my ankle!

I have had back problems for over 15 years, that have got progressively worse. Lockdown exacerbated it further since I wasn't able to go to my usual physio for 18 months. I was having back spasms throughout the night every night and was in a really bad place physically. I looked for local chiropractors and, from other reviews and the website, Alba stood out. Right from the first meeting they were very professional. I felt they really listened to me and got to understand the best treatment; both for current pain and the underlying causes. It is daunting to see a 3 month plan and the associated costs, but after the initial 3 months and over 30 treatments I feel like a changed man, and have my life back. I am now on a plan that consists of 3 treatments a month (at reduced costs) to keep on top of things , and this is really working for me. I even feel confident enough to revisit activities that I had had to stop as they usually would have made my back go into spasm. Nina and Lewis in particular have been great (as they have done the majority of my treatments), but all staff are warm and friendly. I would highly recommend.

The staff at Alba are amazing and professional. Really friendly reception staff from the minute you walk in and clinicians are extremely knowledgeable and have made me pain free in just a couple of months. Can’t recommend enough. Have mainly been treated by Beatrice and Nina and couldn’t fault either of them.

Fantastic care and I am pain free 2/3 of the way into my treatment. Would recommend if you have been thinking about a chiropractor! Beatrice is amazing and has put me at ease throughout.

Love going to Alba, always look forward to going in and having my treatment. Staff are always friendly and attentive and there's always a good atmosphere when entering. The rooms are very clean and get cleaned between each customer which is really good especially with COVID around which makes me feel safe and happy when arriving for my appointment. Best decision I've ever done. Came here after i had an injury lifting weights. Was in so much pain couldn't put my shoes on for months. Lovely lady called Nina helped me out. She had so much time for me, listening to every problem i had. She made sure i was sticking to the plan and few months later my posture changed so much for the good. Withing a year of my injury im back lifting weight and doing a powerlifter competition. Would 100% recommend anyone going here.

After struggling with recurring back problems, my main form of exercise, climbing, was becoming less and less enjoyable as I waited for the next injury. I’m grateful for having been referred to Alba, as chiropractic hadn’t ever crossed my mind as a potential solution to my issues. The treatment I’ve received, primarily from Nina and Calum, has been great. They’ve been knowledgeable, encouraging and all-round good fun. My back’s feeling better than it has in years, I’m enjoying exercising again, my tinnitus has unexpectedly improved and feeling like human bubble wrap in adjustments is pretty fun.
